Need something as a centerpiece for your entertaining space? Consider a fireplace with stone climbing all the way to the ceiling centered in your great room.
The point is there are many options available to suit your tastes. You can even take advantage of the interactive floorplans on their website to play with different ideas for the space. Speaking of space, do you need a little more? My personal favorite addition to this plan is the bonus room on the upper level. Give the kids their own space while the adults have their conversations on the open concept main level.
Creative Homes Customer Experience
Of course, the mark of any successful company is their ability to communicate clearly and consistently. Creative Homes does this especially well by both setting proper expectations and communicating at regular intervals. Each week you will receive an update from the neighborhood rep and project manager in charge of your home. Together they will update you on the week’s progress and the plan for the following week. Paired with a builder walkthrough well in advance of your homeowner orientation, you can expect ZERO unfinished items in your home when you move in.
